Qualificações

• Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies: VMs, Networking, Storage, and Platform Services.
• Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS.
• Patching and lifecycle management; infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Monitoring tools, alert management, and operational support.
• Incident investigation and problem resolution.
• Capacity planning, performance monitoring, and resource optimization.
• Automation and scripting with PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Knowledge of runbooks, change management, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and operate Azure infrastructure and platform services;
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, and platform resources;
• Execute provisioning, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and lifecycle management activities;
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues within agreed service levels;
• Support the implementation of cloud architecture standards and best practices;
• Monitor Azure environments and proactively address reliability, availability, and performance issues;
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve efficiency;
• Support capacity management and resource optimization activities;
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles;
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, database, and application teams to ensure service continuity.
