Inetum is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of critical business applications. You will handle technical production support, release management, and continuous service improvement, acting as a bridge between business users, development, and infrastructure teams.

In this role you will monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, manage releases, and contribute to automation initiatives to improve service quality and user experience.

Competenze

• 11+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or IT Operations environments.
• Strong Oracle SQL knowledge and experience with Linux/Windows environments.
• Solid scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and incident management.
