Job summary

Finom, a European fintech, seeks a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead to own end-to-end Android development for a cross-border business platform. You’ll design features, shape architecture, and mentor engineers in a product-driven environment that values impact and innovation.

You will work in a cross-functional domain team and collaborate across Backend, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product to deliver scalable, user-centric mobile experiences with modern tooling and CI/CD discipline.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Kotlin and Android development with 5+ years commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new features for our Android application used across Europe.
• Architect reliable solutions for multi-account cash flow management and card issuance.
• Build polished UIs with Jetpack Compose and ensure code quality via testing and reviews.
• Collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, and Product to shape end-to-end solutions.
• Drive technical decisions within your domain and improve CI/CD practices.
