Finom is seeking a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead to join a cross-functional team across Europe. You will design and build features for the Android app, own end-to-end delivery, and mentor engineers while shaping architecture decisions.

Work remotely or in a hybrid setup across Europe. You will collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, and Product to deliver impactful financial tools for entrepreneurs with AI-enabled accounting and card management features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin experience and Java is a plus.
• Proven track record shipping Android apps for business users.

Responsabilités

• Design and build features for Finom’s Android app used by European business owners.
• Architect reliable, scalable solutions for cash flow, payments, card issuance, and AI-enabled accounting.
• Build polished UIs with Jetpack Compose and ensure code quality with automated tests and reviews.
• Own end-to-end features and collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, and Product.
• Drive technical decisions, improve engineering quality, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
