Paddle is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape data infrastructure and models, working closely with Marketing to ensure funnels are tracked and insights are accurate. You’ll build self-serve datasets and reporting layers in Omni to support campaign analysis and investment decisions.

You'll resolve data quality issues, add metadata, and enable cross-team collaboration across Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Finance. Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and GTM data is essential.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in analytics engineering or related data roles.
• Expertise in advanced SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Proficient in BI tools to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Experience with data ingestion using no-code tools (Fivetran, Stitch).

Responsabilidades

• Create trusted, self-serve datasets and reporting layers in Omni that power Marketing performance reviews, campaign reporting, attribution analysis, funnel health monitoring, and investment decision-making.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across Marketing and GTM systems, including source tracking, campaign metadata, funnel stage completeness, attribution coverage, and spend data.
• Add comprehensive metadata to datasets, including documentation, lineage, ownership, definitions, data quality checks, and sensitive data masking.
• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into robust data products, dashboards, analyses, and decision-ready insights.
• Enable Marketing teams to confidently use Omni and core GTM datasets through documentation, training, office hours, and self-serve resources.
• Activate data from Snowflake into operational tools where needed, supporting audience segmentation, lifecycle programmes, campaign optimisation, or GTM workflows.
