Fountain is hiring for a data/analytics engineer to shape the agentic data platform powering our frontline workforce solutions. You’ll design, build, and maintain data workflows, ensuring reliable, interpretable outputs for product, GTM, and finance teams.

You’ll work with dbt, Dagster, Kubernetes, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) to deliver scalable analytics. Collaboration across engineering and product is essential.

Qualificações

• Proficient in SQL and data modeling to design scalable data solutions.
• Strong Python skills and software engineering habits (version control, tests, CI/CD).
• Experience with modern data warehousing and orchestration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic data workflows for the data team and product integration.
• Push data capabilities upstream into product and engineering for better decision making.
