Decskill is seeking a Data Integration Engineer to join an international data team building a global Marketing & Sales Data Platform. You will design, integrate, and maintain data solutions that enable a unified view of the customer journey from campaigns to revenue across multiple countries.

The role focuses on scalable data pipelines with Snowflake, CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), data modelling, and data quality.

Qualificações

• Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Experience with data modelling and data quality frameworks.
• Experience integrating CRM, Marketing, or Sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Funnel.io).
• Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international or distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using cloud platforms, with a focus on Snowflake.
• Integrate data from CRM, marketing, and business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
• Develop and optimize data models for Marketing & Sales analytics across the customer lifecycle.
• Define and implement data quality controls, monitoring, and standards.
• Create reusable standards, templates, and reference implementations for international scalability.
• Provide technical guidance to teams across countries on data integration and data product development.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Stakeholders, BI teams, and Data Platform teams.
• Support the adoption of Data Mesh principles and best practices across the organization.
