Miniclip is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines and models, enabling product, marketing and game development teams to make smarter decisions. You will work with AWS, SQL, Python, Spark and IaC tools, driving data quality and governance while mentoring others.

You will design and deploy scalable data solutions, improve orchestration and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with analysts and data scientists to deliver impactful data-driven outcomes across Miniclip’s games

Qualificações

• 5+ years in data engineering or equivalent AWS experience.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines with SQL, Python, Spark.
• Familiar with orchestration, CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, building and maintaining robust batch and streaming data pipelines for player, product and monetisation data.
• Developing scalable, analytics-ready data models with clear structure, ownership and documentation.
• Writing clean, production-level code using SQL and languages like Python, Scala or Java, with strong testing and deployment practices.
• Managing and improving orchestration, CI/CD and infrastructure using tools like Airflow, Jenkins and Terraform.
• Ensuring data quality, reliability and cost efficiency through monitoring, optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Partnering with Product Managers, Analysts and Data Scientists to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
• Ensuring data governance, privacy and security best practices are applied across all data workflows.
• Mentoring other engineers and sharing best practices to strengthen the wider data community.
