Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a skilled Workforce Management Analyst to partner with internal groups, forecast staffing needs, and translate data into actionable insights. You will coordinate scheduling, support onboarding, and monitor performance to drive efficiency across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s, English at B2 level, and 3+ years in workforce management. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• English at least B2.
• 3+ years in workforce management, scheduling or related role.
• Strong data analysis skills to translate insights.
• Proficient in workforce management software, Power BI, and Excel.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Valid Portugal work permit or EU/Schengen nationality.

Responsibilities

• Develops partnerships with internal groups and business units to improve issue resolution speed and propose product improvements.
• Develops the team to perform complex analysis using predictive modeling and simulation to forecast impacts of changes.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and address potential staffing challenges.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and facilitate communication.
• Assist onboarding and training of new employees for a smooth transition.
• Monitor attendance and performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate workforce data records and prepare management reports.
• Support implementation of workforce management tools and systems to enhance workflows.
• Track forecast accuracy and variance to improve capacity and staffing plans.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on performance trends.
