Amerify is a full-service growth agency for Amazon and TikTok Shop brands. As Brand Manager, you will own a pod of 10–15+ client accounts, serving as the senior liaison between clients and Amerify.

You will lead delivery of PPC, SEO, design, catalog, and troubleshooting, set strategy, and delegate work to internal teams. You’ll be directly responsible for growing client sales, retaining clients, and ensuring processes run smoothly across your pod.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, ideally at an agency.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon PPC, SEO, listing optimization, A+ content, and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into clear client strategy.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop advertising and growth strategies that match business objectives.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics, algorithm updates, and new trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team and across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client relationship and manage accounts with a focus on adding value and retention.
• Prepare written notes for every client call and follow a set agenda.
• Be the escalation point for your pod with factual corrective actions.
• Communicate updates to Account Director and senior leadership.
• Set growth strategy for each account and present it to the client.
• Deliver milestones without the client having to follow up.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts (e.g., new marketplaces, DSP, or creative refreshes).
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver PPC, SEO, design, and catalog work and report back to clients.
• Keep boards neat and ensure deliverables are checked before sending to clients.
