Job summary

ITSector is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents. You will build integrations between AI models and enterprise systems, and develop scalable pipelines for knowledge retrieval and processing.

The role requires strong Python and .NET skills, hands-on experience with modern LLMs, and a solid background in AI pipelines, security, and production-grade software engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, AI or similar.
• Min 5 years professional software engineering experience, incl. 3+ years in AI in production.
• Hands-on with state-of-the-art LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral).
• Design prompting and context-engineering strategies for production use.
• Experience building AI agent apps using LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of agent workflows, memory management, tool calling, state orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Build integrations between AI models and enterprise systems via APIs/tools.
• Develop scalable knowledge retrieval and processing pipelines.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
• Promote LLMOps, MLOps, observability, testing and CI/CD practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and evolve the organisation's AI capabilities.
