Job summary

Bosch Aveiro is seeking a hands-on AI professional to design, prototype and deploy Generative AI and agentic solutions, with strong SAP integration experience and Python programming. You will work across AI, SAP and business teams to translate use cases into scalable technology.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, collaboration with data engineers and ERP experts, and ownership of AI product lifecycle to drive measurable business impact within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Experience: Several years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.
• Know-how: Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Databricks, workflow automation or MCP is a plus.
• Understanding of sales, CRM, pricing or customer intelligence processes is advantageous.
• Working style: Hands-on, structured and solution-oriented; capable of prototyping quickly and delivering scalable solutions.
• Personality: Curious, collaborative and proactive; strong ownership to turn AI innovation into business value.
• Languages: Very good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions end to end: design, prototype, implement, deploy and improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows.
• Build hands-on AI solutions: prompts, agent workflows and tool integrations using Python and enterprise AI platforms.
• Define technical interface requirements for SAP platform teams (OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST, SOAP).
• Translate business needs into technology: collaborate with AI Specialists, Data Engineers, ERP experts and stakeholders.
• Prototype and experiment: turn ideas into working prototypes and evaluate emerging AI capabilities.
• Drive product value: co-own AI product lifecycle after rollout, prioritize backlog, coordinate releases.
• Enable measurable impact: improve business processes, user experience and efficiency.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Develop AI solutions end to end: Design, prototype, implement, deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows throughout their technical lifecycle.

• Build hands-on AI solutions: Develop prompts, agent workflows and tool integrations using Python, enterprise AI platforms and workflow automation tools such as n8n.

• Shape robust interfaces: Define clear technical interface requirements for SAP platform teams, including OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST and SOAP APIs.

• Translate business needs into technology: Work closely with AI Specialists, Data Engineers, ERP experts and business stakeholders to translate use cases and user feedback into effective AI solutions and technical requirements.

• Prototype and experiment: Rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes, evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to bring them into production.

• Drive product value: Co-own the lifecycle of AI products after rollout, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, continuous improvement and scaling across business areas and geographies.

• Enable measurable impact: Focus on solutions that improve business processes, user experience and operational efficiency while ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.

Experience:

• Several years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with SAP ERP integration, ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Know-how:

• Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Databricks, workflow automation or MCP is a plus.
