Job summary

Bosch is seeking an AI solution designer/developer to build end-to-end Generative AI products and agentic workflows. You will prototype prompts, create agent workflows and SAP integrations using Python and enterprise AI platforms.

Collaboration with AI Specialists, Data Engineers and business stakeholders is essential to translate use cases into robust technical requirements. You will rapidly prototype ideas, evaluate emerging AI capabilities and drive product value with lifecycle ownership,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Several years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with SAP ERP integration, ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFCs, BAPIs, OData, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Databricks, workflow automation or MCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define technical interface requirements for SAP platform teams (OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST, SOAP).

• Co-own the AI product lifecycle post rollout including backlog prioritization and release coordination.

Your contribution to something big:

Develop AI solutions end to end: Design, prototype, implement, deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows throughout their technical lifecycle.

Build hands-on AI solutions: Develop prompts, agent workflows and tool integrations using Python, enterprise AI platforms and workflow automation tools such as n8n.

Shape robust interfaces: Define clear technical interface requirements for SAP platform teams, including OData, BAPIs, RFCs, REST and SOAP APIs.

Translate business needs into technology: Work closely with AI Specialists, Data Engineers, ERP experts and business stakeholders to translate use cases and user feedback into effective AI solutions and technical requirements.

Prototype and experiment: Rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes, evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to bring them into production.

Drive product value: Co-own the lifecycle of AI products after rollout, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, continuous improvement and scaling across business areas and geographies.

Enable measurable impact: Focus on solutions that improve business processes, user experience and operational efficiency while ensuring scalability and maintainability.

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.


• Experience: Several years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying Generative AI and/or agentic AI solutions.


• Experience with SAP ERP integration, ideally SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.


• Know-how: Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
