Job summary

Bosch Aveiro is seeking a hands-on AI solution architect to design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI products across CRM workflows. You will implement AI agents, prompts, and integrations using Python and enterprise AI tools, while aligning with business needs and security requirements.

You will co-own the product lifecycle after rollout, prioritizing backlog and coordinating releases across geographies. A hybrid work setup and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.
Several years of experience developing and deploying GenAI, AI-agent or automation solutions from prototype to production.
Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

End-to-end AI solution development: Design, prototype, deploy and improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows.
Hands-on implementation: Build prompts, AI agents, workflows and tool integrations using Python and low-code tools like n8n.
System integration: Design integrations via APIs, MCPs and webhooks (OData, REST, Dataverse Web API).
Business and user alignment: Translate business needs into practical AI solutions while securing CRM data.
Product ownership: Co-own lifecycle post-rollout with backlog prioritization and release coordination.
Value creation: Scale AI solutions and improve CRM processes across geographies.

Business and user alignment: Translate business requirements, user feedback and process needs into practical AI solutions while ensuring secure and responsible handling of CRM data.
Product ownership: Co-own the product lifecycle after rollout, including backlog prioritization, release coordination and continuous improvement.
Value creation: Identify opportunities to scale successful AI solutions and contribute to measurable improvements in CRM processes across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.

Experience:

Several years of experience developing and deploying GenAI, AI-agent or automation solutions from prototype to production.
Experience with CRM processes and platforms is a strong advantage.

Know-how:

Hands‑on experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
Knowledge of CRM integrations, such as SAP CX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, OData or REST APIs.
Experience with Databricks or workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus.
