Job summary

Bosch Aveiro site is seeking a hands-on AI developer to lead end-to-end Generative AI projects, prototype and deploy agentic workflows, and integrate tools like n8n. You will work with AI Specialists and Data Engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

You will design prompts, build AI agents, and drive product ownership from concept through production, collaborating across international teams and contributing to measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Generative AI or agentic solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Experience with CRM, pricing, or customer intelligence is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, deploy, and improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows end-to-end.
• Build prompts, AI agents, automations, and tool integrations using Python and AI platforms.
• Connect internal and external systems via APIs, MCPs, and webhooks with cross-functional teams.

• End-to-end AI development: Design, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows, from initial concept to production.
• Hands-on implementation: Build prompts, AI agents, automations, and tool integrations using Python, LLMs, enterprise AI platforms, and workflow tools such as n8n.
• System integration: Connect internal and external systems using APIs, MCPs, and webhooks, working closely with AI Specialists and Data Engineers.
• Business alignment: Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective AI solutions and clear technical tasks.
• Product ownership: Support the product lifecycle after launch, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Business impact: Help scale AI solutions across teams and geographies, with a strong focus on measurable business value.

Qualifications

• What distinguishes you:
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field. Equivalent practical experience is welcome.
• Experience: Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI or agentic solutions, ideally from prototype to production.
• Experience with sales, CRM, pricing, or customer intelligence is a plus.
• Know-how
• Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Ability to rapidly develop prototypes and turn them into scalable solutions..
• Working Style and Methods
• Business-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams.
