Bosch Group is seeking a hands-on AI solution architect to design, prototype, deploy and continually improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows. You will build prompts, AI agents and automation, and integrate CRM systems using APIs and Dataverse.

With a focus on business alignment and scalable technical solutions, you will work independently and with global teams to drive measurable CRM value across geographies.

Qualificações

• GenAI and AI-agent deployment experience required.
• CRM platforms experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on with Python, LLMs, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
• CRM integrations like SAP CX, Dynamics 365, Dataverse or REST APIs helpful.

Your contribution to something big:

• End-to-end AI solution development: Design, prototype, deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows throughout their lifecycle.
• Hands‑on implementation: Build and configure prompts, AI agents, workflows and tool integrations using technologies such as Python, enterprise AI platforms and low‑code automation tools such as n8n.
• System integration: Design and implement integrations using APIs, MCPs and webhooks. Define clear interface requirements for CRM and platform teams, including technologies such as OData, REST APIs and Microsoft Dataverse Web API.
• Business and user alignment: Translate business requirements, user feedback and process needs into practical AI solutions while ensuring secure and responsible handling of CRM data.
• Product ownership: Co‑own the product lifecycle after rollout, including backlog prioritization, release coordination and continuous improvement.
• Value creation: Identify opportunities to scale successful AI solutions and contribute to measurable improvements in CRM processes across multiple geographies.

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Experience: Several years of experience developing and deploying GenAI, AI‑agent or automation solutions from prototype to production.
• Experience with CRM processes and platforms is a strong advantage.
• Know‑how: Hands‑on experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations, such as SAP CX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, OData or REST APIs.
• Experience with Databricks or workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus.
• Working Style and Methods: Hands‑on, solution‑oriented and comfortable turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Personality: Curious, collaborative and passionate about AI, technology and creating business value.
• Languages : Very good English skills.
