Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain production AI systems infrastructure in Lisbon. You will own automation pipelines, model deployment workflows, and observability across services, collaborating with ML, data, and product teams to ensure reliable AI delivery.

You will optimize scalability, security, and cost while enabling rapid iteration, governance, and rollout strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating ML/AI platforms in production.
• Software engineering with automation, deployment pipelines, and tooling.
• Knowledge of cloud-native infra, containers and distributed systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD, IaC, release automation and production ops.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability.

We are building an AI-native procurement platform and are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help bring AI solutions into production. You will build and maintain the systems that enable machine learning models, AI agents, and intelligent applications to be deployed, monitored, and improved at scale. Working closely with Machine Learning, Platform, Product, and Data Engineering teams, you will help ensure our AI capabilities are reliable, secure, and scalable.
