Decskill, part of the Astek Group, seeks a Senior FullStack Developer with strong Java and Angular expertise to lead complex projects from Lisbon and Porto to international contexts.

You will design and implement scalable features using Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, and Oracle databases, while applying Clean Architecture and CI practices. English proficiency and excellent communication are essential for collaborating with global teams and project owners.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Proven Java 17+ and Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience with microservices architectures and Oracle DB.
• Strong knowledge of Angular and SQL.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate technical projects aligning development teams with objectives.
• Develop new features and refactor code to improve quality, maintainability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership by defining architectures and standards.
• Monitor application security and manage obsolescence to keep systems secure and up to date.
• Provide technical support to IT and Project Owners throughout the application lifecycle.
• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, messaging systems, and Oracle databases.
• Apply software engineering best practices including Clean Architecture, automated testing, code quality, and CI.
• Contribute to system design, integration, and cloud-based solution architecture.

Responsabilities:

• Coordinate technical projects, ensuring alignment between development teams and project objectives.
• Develop new features and perform code refactoring to improve application quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership by defining, advising on, and overseeing the solution architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Monitor application security and manage technology obsolescence, ensuring systems remain secure, up to date, and sustainable.
• Provide technical support and guidance to IT and Project Owners throughout the application lifecycle.
• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, messaging systems, and Oracle databases.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including Clean Architecture, automated testing, code quality, and continuous integration.
• Contribute to system design, application integration, and cloud-based solution architecture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with strong expertise in backend development.
• Proven experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
• Solid knowledge of messaging systems and Oracle databases.
• Experience with system design, application integration, and cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of Angular.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including Clean Architecture, code refactoring, automated testing, and code quality.
• Experience in technical project coordination and architectural guidance.
• Knowledge of application security and technology obsolescence management.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, networking, and teamwork skills.
• Good level of english.
