Job summary

AdvanceWorks is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Tech Lead to drive design, development and deployment of AI solutions on a key project centered on the Noxus platform. You will shape architecture, set MLOps/LLMOps practices and ensure secure, scalable integration with enterprise systems.

You will mentor engineers, align business requirements with technical delivery, and lead the team through complex challenges, focusing on reliability, performance and responsible AI in production environments.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in AI engineering.
• Proven track record delivering AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python, TensorFlow and PyTorch expertise.
• Experience designing and developing APIs and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions.
• Define the technical architecture for AI initiatives and system integration.
• Establish and promote MLOps and LLMOps practices across the team.
• Set up monitoring of AI solutions in production for reliability and performance.
• Lead adoption of the Noxus platform from ground up and drive integrations.
