Job summary

AdvanceWorks is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Tech Lead to drive design, development and deployment of AI solutions on a key project centered on the Noxus platform. You will shape architecture, set MLOps/LLMOps practices and ensure secure, scalable integration with enterprise systems.

You will mentor engineers, align business requirements with technical delivery, and lead the team through complex challenges, focusing on reliability, performance and responsible AI in production environments.

About the project

You will join an AdvanceWorks team working with a bank on a new initiative built around Noxus, an enterprise AI platform. The bank has chosen to adopt Noxus, and the project starts from the ground up: there is no existing Noxus setup in place. That means the team will shape how the platform is introduced, integrated and used across the organisation.

The project focuses on bringing AI capabilities into real business settings. This includes end-to-end AI solutions such as predictive models, Generative AI and intelligent automation, as well as workflow automation and process orchestration on the Noxus platform. A key part of the work is connecting these capabilities to existing enterprise systems so they deliver measurable operational value.

The technical scope is broad. It covers solution architecture, MLOps and LLMOps practices, data pipelines, APIs and cloud-based architectures. On the Generative AI side, it includes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and integration with enterprise tools and platforms. Every solution has to meet high standards for security, data privacy and Responsible AI.

This is a chance to help define, from the start, how a major organisation puts AI and Noxus into production. The work sits between engineering and business: the team turns business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions and makes sure they run well in production.

What will be your role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Tech Lead to lead the design, development and deployment of AI solutions on this project, with Noxus at the centre of the work.

You will set the technical direction. That means defining the architecture, setting MLOps and LLMOps best practices, and deciding how AI solutions integrate with enterprise systems and are monitored in production. Because Noxus is being adopted from scratch, you will play an important part in shaping how the platform is integrated and used for workflow automation and intelligent process orchestration.

You will also lead people. You will guide the technical team, mentor more junior engineers and step in to help solve complex engineering problems. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will turn their requirements into scalable technical solutions and keep technical and business teams aligned.

Your impact will be measured by the efficiency, reliability and operational value of the solutions you deliver. You will also make sure that security, data privacy and Responsible AI practices are built into the work from the start.

Your responsibilities will include

Leading the design, development and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions, including predictive models, Generative AI and intelligent automation.

Defining the technical architecture for AI solutions and their integration with enterprise systems.

Establishing and promoting MLOps and LLMOps best practices across the team.

Setting up monitoring for AI solutions in production to make sure they stay reliable and perform well.

Leading the adoption and implementation of the Noxus platform from the ground up.

Supporting integrations with Noxus and implementing AI capabilities on the platform in real business contexts.

Designing and implementing workflow automation and process orchestration with Noxus.

Building Generative AI solutions using RAG, agents and integrations with enterprise tools and platforms.

Developing and maintaining data pipelines and APIs that support AI solutions.

Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions focused on efficiency, reliability and operational impact.

Guiding the technical team and mentoring more junior team members.

Helping the team solve complex engineering challenges.

Keeping technical teams and business stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

Ensuring security, data privacy and Responsible AI standards are applied in cloud environments.

What should you bring to the team?

More than 5 years of experience in AI engineering.

A proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production.

Solid experience with Python.

Solid experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Experience designing and developing APIs.

Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.

Experience with cloud architectures.

Hands‑on knowledge of Generative AI, including RAG and agents.

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise tools and platforms.

Good knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices.

Experience monitoring AI solutions in production.

Knowledge of security, data privacy and Responsible AI practices in cloud environments.

Experience with the Noxus platform, especially in automation, process orchestration and integration with intelligent solutions, is a plus.

Proven technical leadership, including guiding and mentoring other engineers.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical teams with business stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges.

Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 to 3 days per week on‑site.
