Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, develop and operationalize large language models, and implement robust CI/CD workflows for AI across platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives, evaluate model performance, and ensure scalable, production-ready deployments in a hybrid work environment.

Strong background in software engineering, ML/DL, MLOps tooling, and observability is required, with

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI or technology delivery.
• Proven experience defining and executing AI or technology strategies in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of AI, ML, DL and Generative AI; extensive experience with LLMs.
• Familiarity with model monitoring, observability, MLOps tooling, and Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines for scalable, production-ready solutions.
