Siemens is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and deploy end-to-end AI solutions in a production environment. You’ll lead RAG and retrieval pipelines, orchestrate agents, and ensure scalable, reliable AI across platforms.

You will work within an international team, applying strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on ML/LLM experience to impact Siemens processes and products. Fluency in English preferred; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in software/ML/data science roles with hands-on AI/LLM experience.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to production.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions including RAG and retrieval pipelines.
• Lead AI projects from concept to production with a focus on reliability.
• Bring production-grade practices: testing, CI/CD, containerization, observability, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Collaborate with international teams of engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
• Mentor teammates and share reusable patterns and reference architectures.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive fast prototyping, user validation, and iterative hardening of solutions.
