ITSector in Porto, Portugal is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to lead design and implementation of AI-powered applications and intelligent agents. You will integrate AI models with enterprise systems through APIs and build scalable knowledge retrieval pipelines.

The role requires strong Python and .NET development, hands-on experience with LLMs, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and a commitment to secure, scalable production solutions in cross-functional agile teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI production environments.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or similar.
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or equivalent models.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Build integrations between AI models and enterprise systems via APIs and custom tools.
• Develop scalable pipelines for knowledge retrieval and information processing.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and production ready.
• Promote engineering best practices across LLMOps, MLOps, observability, testing, and continuous delivery.
