Planet is actively scaling AI-first engineering and seeking a Senior AI Developer Experience Engineer to lead hands-on coaching and enablement across engineering teams. You will deliver AI Fluency sessions, pair with developers, and help adopt internal AI tools and workflows to boost delivery effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Architecture and Platform teams to ensure alignment with standards while creating practical guides and learning materials for broad engineering use.

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering background with full SDLC experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI, Cursor, Cody, Claude Code).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to run hands-on workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver AI Fluency sessions across Engineering and SDLC roles.
• Pair with developers to improve adoption of AI tools in real delivery work.
• Maintain and improve internal enablement tooling and templates.
