Decskill is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design and implement AI-native development workflows. You will build multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and RAG solutions tailored to software development.

You will also create evaluation methods to improve AI-assisted outputs and automate the software lifecycle with developer-facing abstractions. The role involves integrating AI capabilities with internal tools, leading PoCs, and guiding engineering teams toward AI-native

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Software/Platform Engineering, DevOps or backend development.
• 2+ years hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement AI-native development workflows.
• Build multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop RAG solutions tailored to software development workflows.
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure AI-assisted outputs.
• Design reusable abstractions to automate the software lifecycle.
• Integrate AI capabilities with internal engineering tools and platforms.
• Lead PoCs for AI-driven engineering solutions and guide teams.
