Act Digital is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join a DevEx team and help found an Engineering Intelligence function. You will design AI-native frameworks, agents, and abstractions that empower engineering teams to work with AI at scale.

You will lead multi-agent orchestration, MCP integrations, and internal dev tools, shaping the future of AI-enabled software development across a large R&D organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience across Backend, DevOps, Platform Engineering or Developer Experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with AI/Agentic systems and LLM orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of MCP and AI/tool integration patterns within software workflows.
• Experience designing developer-facing tools, automation, plugins, APIs, or internal platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement AI-native, agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Design reusable developer tooling, commands, and integrations for scalable workflows.
• Build RAG solutions and evaluation loops to improve AI-assisted outputs.
• Lead PoCs and drive platform evolution with security and governance in mind.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into development pipelines.
