Planet is scaling AI‑first engineering across its technology organisation, seeking a Senior AI Developer Experience Engineer to drive adoption of AI workflows and tooling. You will coach teams, run hands‑on sessions, and build practical enablement assets that improve delivery across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with Architecture and Platform teams to align with standards and governance while expanding developer experience across Planet’s engineering toolchain.

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and ability to run hands-on workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver AI Fluency sessions across Engineering and SDLC roles.
• Pair with developers to improve AI tooling adoption in real projects.
• Maintain and improve internal enablement tooling, templates, prompts, and workflows.
• Create guides, tutorials, and learning materials for teams to use.
