Intetics Inc. is seeking an hands-on AI Developer (LLM / RAG / Agentic AI) to join our team in Portugal. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining production-grade AI agents, MCP servers, and memory/context architectures.

You will implement agentic patterns, evaluate systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable AI-powered products. The ideal candidate brings 1.5–2+ years with LLMs in production, plus 6+ years in IT, with Python, ML, and experience with Bedrock or

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience as Software Engineer/ML/AI Engineer.
• Hands-on production experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based agents to production.
• Experience with at least one agent framework: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands Agents, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Deep MCP expertise: MCP servers on databases, integration, orchestration.
• Production-grade RAG, memory, and context engineering: embeddings, chunking, hybrid search, vector DBs, memory.
• Experience with agentic patterns: ReAct, Planner-Executor, Reflection, Router, Supervisor, Multi-Agent, Human-in-the-Loop.
• LLM evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and optimization from production usage.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain LLM-based agents in production environments.
• Build MCP servers on top of databases and orchestrate MCP servers under a unified framework.
• Design memory, context management, and RAG architectures for production use.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and improve agent performance after release.
• Work with databases, APIs, interfaces, agents, and orchestration apps.
• Develop AI solutions using Bedrock and/or Foundry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-powered products.
