Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Senior Agile Coach (Freelancer) to join a strategic transformation initiative in a regulated environment. You will work with Engineering, Product, Architecture and Delivery stakeholders to improve delivery predictability and organizational agility.

You will guide teams in Agile practices, help define Jira boards and workflows, support Jira adoption and migration from Azure DevOps, and contribute to scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching software product and engineering teams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile transformation, delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach delivery teams, Tech Leads and Product Owners to improve execution and collaboration.
• Define and optimise Jira boards, workflows, dashboards and governance structures.
• Drive improvements in delivery predictability, flow efficiency and operational discipline across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Guide Agile and delivery transformations with scalable operating models.
• Support transition from Azure DevOps to Jira and modern delivery practices.
