Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead and influence across multiple teams in a digital transformation program. You will drive mobile and full‑stack engineering excellence, setting technical direction and standards while collaborating with architects, tech leads and engineering squads.

You will champion modern patterns like API-first, Domain‑Driven Design and automated testing, while promoting AI‑driven development tools and secure, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership experience in large-scale software delivery.
• Strong frontend/mobile expertise with React Native and React.
• Deep full‑stack background across frontend, APIs, databases and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD and IaC practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the React Native technology roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across frontend, mobile, backend and APIs.
• Lead architecture reviews and engineering spikes for complex initiatives.
• Build reusable frameworks, templates and accelerators.
• Promote AI-assisted software development practices with governance.
• Champion modern engineering principles and automated testing.
• Support production issues across mobile, backend, cloud integrations.
• CoachTech Leads through design/code reviews and workshops.
• Drive API-first and event-driven architecture adoption.
