Job summary

A global digital transformation company in Lisbon seeks an Agile Consultant to drive change and facilitate Agile practices. Responsibilities include acting as a Change Agent, Trainer, and Mentor, and coaching teams on Agile values. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience as a Scrum Master. Exceptional communication skills in English are mandatory, and French is advantageous. Job Description

• Agility consultant, will trigger the movement, the dynamic of change.
• Change Agent, will hold high the Agility values.
• Trainer, will teach concepts, knowledge or skills ideally based on social and interactive Agile learning.
• Mentor, will share its knowledge, points of view and offers individual and personalized support in the field.
• Facilitator, will helps a group and individual to, learn, explore, find solutions and reach consensus.
• Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques;
• Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies;
• Create and facilitate workshops and events;
• Training, advise and share Agile methodologies;
• Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…)
