Job summary

Speedlinehub seeks a Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager to attract new affiliates, nurture existing partnerships, and maximize performance across campaigns. You will negotiate terms, analyze results, and drive strategic growth in international markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Affiliate Management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience working with affiliates across different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In-app, Email, Push, Native).
• Strong understanding of affiliate business models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee).
• Experience analyzing affiliate performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets and an established partner network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract new partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Develop proposals for partners to improve collaboration effectiveness.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs.
• Monitor daily traffic and report on target achievement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support campaigns.
• Represent the network at industry events to grow the partner network.
