Job summary

Experis Portugal is recruiting a Senior Associate Firm Finance (M/F) to join the structure of a leading private equity multinational company. This is a full-time position, based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting to Board and Management, and supporting year-end audits. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, 5+ years of experience, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Big 4 experience valued but not mandatory.
• Experience within Financial Services preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Profile

• Previous experience in a Big 4 environment is valued but not mandatory;
• Experience within Financial Services is preferred;
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting under IFRS or US GAAP;
• Strong analytical mindset;
• Excellent systems skills, including financial modelling and ERP knowledge;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken – eliminatory.
