BrightHire in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company’s financial activities and oversee a team of accountants. The role includes preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

You will supervise junior staff, support budgeting and forecasting, and monitor cash flow while providing guidance on improvements. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are offered for international candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.

Responsabilidades

Are you an experienced Accountant looking for a new challenge We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Lisbon

As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of our company This includes preparing financial statements analyzing and interpreting data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards In addition you will also be responsible for supervising a team of accountants and providing guidance and support as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with accounting software is preferred
