Job summary

Experis Portugal is recruiting a Senior Associate Firm Finance (M/F) to join the structure of a leading private equity multinational company. This is a full-time position, based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting to Board and Management, and supporting year-end audits. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, 5+ years of experience, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Big 4 experience valued but not mandatory.
• Experience within Financial Services preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the financial control of all Group entities.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Prepare quarterly Board and Management reporting.
• Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
• Support day-to-day financial operations.
• Contribute to the improvement of finance processes and controls.
• Support managers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial outputs.
