Job summary

Olisipo in Lisbon seeks an experienced information security professional to own security across IT products, collaborating with product teams and the Security Officer. You will drive risk-based security decisions and ensure a proactive security posture across the lifecycle.

You will implement SSDLC, IAM, and Azure security, while ensuring GDPR/ITIL alignment and producing actionable remediation plans; a hybrid work setup and professional development are provided by Olisipo.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in IT and information security.
• Proven experience with ISO 2700x, IAM, vulnerability management, and security assessments.
• Hands-on Azure security, encryption, and SSDLC implementation.
• Knowledge of GDPR, ITIL, and Operational Resilience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall security for IT products in collaboration with product teams and Security Officer.
• Support the Security and Compliance Control Centre to align products with Group standards.
• Define and implement security requirements, controls, and SSDLC with application teams.
• Plan and execute security testing, producing structured reports and outputs.
• Define, own, and track remediation plans for vulnerabilities and risks.
• Provide continuous security guidance to IT Product teams.
• Document and maintain internal security processes, agendas, minutes, and action plans.

Job description

Profile:

• - Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field;
• - Minimum of 7 years of expertise in Information Technology and Information Systems Security, preferably within environments involving cloud products and large international organizations;
• - Proven track record in applying security information systems standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700x), managing Identity and Access Management (IAM), conducting security assessments and testing, and handling vulnerability management;
• - Hands-on Azure cloud security expertise, encryption methods, secure protocols, and implementation of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices;
• - Solid knowledge of Data Privacy / GDPR, Operational Resilience, and ITIL Framework;
• - Strong organizational and analytical skills to operate effectively in multi-cultural, multi-country, and geographically distributed team environments;
• - High commitment to scope, timelines, deliverable quality, and structured approach to synthesizing complex security information;
• - Fluency in English (C1 level); French language skills valued.

Responsibilities:

• - Ensure overall security for assigned IT Products in close collaboration with product teams and the Security Officer, establishing a proactive security posture across the product lifecycle;
• - Support the Security and Compliance Control Centre to guarantee full alignment of products with Group Security standards;
• - Work directly with application teams on defining and implementing security requirements, security controls, and Secure SDLC practices;
• - Methodize, support, and execute security testing, producing structured test plans, execution reports, and documented outputs;
• - Define, own, and track security remediation plans to ensure timely resolution of vulnerabilities and risk findings;
• - Provide continuous technical security guidance and support to IT Product teams;
• - Create, document, and maintain internal security processes, procedures, meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans for security-relevant sessions.
