Job summary

Match Profiler, a technology consultancy, is seeking a Product Security Officer to join the Security and Compliance Control Centre in Lisbon. The role is hybrid (2/3 days remote) and entails aligning products with Group security standards across their life cycle.

You will drive security requirements with application teams, organize tests, and own remediation plans while collaborating with IT product teams and security officers. Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related area.
• 7+ years experience in IT and Information Security.
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 2700x).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management.
• Experience with security assessment and testing.
• Familiarity with encryption methods and secure protocols.
• Experience with SSDLC and vulnerability management.
• Experience in multicultural, multi-country teams.
• Data Privacy/GDPR and Operational Resilience are a plus.
• Willingness to travel if required.
• English at C1; Portuguese and French are a plus.

Responsibilities

Product Security Officer (m/f) - hybrid (2/3x per week) in Lisbon

You will join the Security and Compliance Control Centre of an international group, working closely with IT Product teams and the Security Officer to ensure products are aligned with Group Security standards across their life cycle. You will drive security requirements and controls with application teams, organise security tests, own remediation plans and document internal processes.

Hard Skills:

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related area
