Job summary

Equação IT is seeking an experienced Information Security professional to lead the security posture for its products. The role requires coordinating with global teams, defining controls, and driving remediation actions within a hybrid Lisbon setting.

The candidate will leverage expertise in IAM, SSDLC, encryption, and security testing to ensure compliance with ISO 2700x standards and robust cloud security on Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology and Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 2700x).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Security Assessment and Testing.
• Strong understanding of Encryption methods and secure communication protocols.
• Experience with Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
• Vulnerability Management expertise.
• Strong Azure Cloud Security knowledge.
• Ability to work in complex international and multicultural environments.
• Strong analytical, coordination and documentation skills.
• English level C1 (mandatory).

• Availability for occasional travel depending on project requirements.
• Duration: Long Term Contract.
• Location: Lisbon, Hybrid with at least 2 days in the office.
