Job summary

Equação IT is looking for a Security Consultant in Lisbon to strengthen the security posture of our products. You will define controls, coordinate assessments, and guide IT product teams while aligning with group security standards, with a focus on practical risk reduction.

The role requires at least 7 years in IT and information security, strong Azure security knowledge, IAM experience, SSDLC expertise and English C1, and offers a long-term contract with hybrid work (2 days in the office) in

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT and information security.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 2700x).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Security Assessment and Testing.
• Strong understanding of Encryption methods and secure communication protocols.
• Experience with Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
• Vulnerability Management expertise.
• Strong Azure Cloud Security knowledge.
• Ability to work in complex international and multicultural environments.
• Strong analytical, coordination and documentation skills.
• English level C1 (mandatory).

• Availability for occasional travel depending on project requirements.
• Duration: Long Term Contract.
• Location: Lisbon, Hybrid with at least 2 days in the office.
