Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead agile teams in delivering value across disciplines. You’ll facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement with a proactive ownership mindset.

You have 3 years of experience, hold PSM I or CSM, and can translate agile practices into practical outcomes while collaborating with developers, testers, and product owners in a hybrid work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
• Coach multidisciplinary teams in Agile practices.
• Identify impediments and ensure follow-up actions.
• Monitor team performance through metrics and reporting.
• Propose and track continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote adoption of Agile best practices and team maturity.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies and blockers and manage to resolution.
• Improve predictability, quality and efficiency of deliveries.

YOUR ROLE

You are a Scrum Master / Project Manager with 3 years of experience, bringing a proactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering value. You thrive in Agile environments, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
• Support and coach multidisciplinary teams in Agile practices and ways of working
• Identify impediments, promote their resolution, and ensure follow‑up actions are implemented
• Monitor team performance through metrics and simple reporting
• Analyze relationships between team practices and delivery outcomes
• Propose and track continuous improvement initiatives based on data and observations
• Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and support team maturity growth
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring they are managed until resolution
• Contribute to improving predictability, quality, and efficiency of deliveries

YOUR PROFILE

• 3 years of experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM)
• Experience facilitating Agile multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to identify causal relationships between practices and team performance
• Solid technical knowledge to interact effectively with development teams
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and Agile evolution
