Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Cloud Infrastructure delivery in Porto. The role focuses on leading project delivery, coordinating resources, risks, and changes, and acting as the technical focal point for cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD initiatives.

You will mentor team members, support onboarding, and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time delivery across cross-functional teams. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management within Cloud Infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and infrastructure operations.
• Proven ability to manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent planning, risk management, and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Cloud Infrastructure projects and Work Packages, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Act as the technical focal point for cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD initiatives.
• Support troubleshooting, resolve delivery blockers, and drive project escalations when needed.
• Coordinate stakeholders, customer requirements, integration activities, and project governance.
• Mentor team members and support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
