Capgemini Engineering in Portugal seeks a Technical Leader/Scrum Master to guide multiple multidisciplinary teams delivering mission-critical technology solutions in a fast-paced, international environment. You will foster autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement while aligning delivery with business priorities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Technical Leader, Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Experience leading multiple multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery.
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and software delivery processes.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and GitHub.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Databricks, SQL, Python, Node.js, APIs and integration tools is valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex environments, priorities and technical decisions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Scrum Master, cloud or DevOps certifications will be considered a plus.

YOUR ROLE:

You will lead and support multiple multidisciplinary teams responsible for the development, maintenance and evolution of business-critical technology solutions.
