About the job

• Act as Scrum Master, ensuring agile principles and practices are effectively implemented within the team.
• Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Configure and analyze reports and complex performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Analyze organizational behaviors and structures and assess their impact on team processes.
• Facilitate ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions to promote collaboration and transparency.
• Drive the delivery of expected outcomes and ensure alignment with project objectives.

What are we looking for?
