Your Role

• Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead role within an Agile team.
• Academic Background; Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of LESS framework.
• Proficiency in Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent.
• Experience in implementing Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese
