Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a procurement professional to support local market and supplier relationships, improve delivery and performance, and develop category strategies. The role involves demand management, forecasting, and achieving savings targets across categories.

You will collaborate with business partners, manage contractual activities, and contribute to a robust procurement framework. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in Supplier Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Solid knowledge of Commercial Contract Management and Demand Management processes.
• Experience in developing and implementing Category Strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial background with understanding of procurement and sourcing practices.
• Sound contractual knowledge and ability to manage contract-related activities.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Supports team or self manages own requirements to develop/maintain local market and supplier relationships through delivery of the stakeholder management framework.
• Improves supplier delivery and performance, bringing additional value via the Supplier Performance Management and Commercial Contract Management frameworks.
• Inputs into the development and implementation of category strategy, balancing competitive pricing, equipment diversity & process standardisation.
• Delivery of Demand Management leading to accurate forecasting whilst ensuring an optimised and fully utilised resource structure.
• Delivers agreed savings targets and Value Add targets in line with RBS methodology and related SCM measures across categories.
• Manages Business Partners or Self through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development.
