Nadara is seeking a Scalable Operations Analyst to coordinate growth initiatives and optimize operational performance. You will manage end-to-end processes, build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, and develop automation using Python, VBA, and other tools.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong data analysis skills, and a track record of delivering scalable processes. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to innovate with AI-driven solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and technical aptitude.
• Portfolio of automations or internal tools is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute mid-level operational tasks across Scalable Operations workstreams.
• Manage end-to-end processes: initiative reviews, KPI data collection, reporting cycles.
• Coordinate multi-department inputs and maintain momentum on deliverables.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Build automations and AI agents to reduce manual effort.
