Nadara in Madrid is seeking a Scalable Operations Analyst to drive mid-level operational tasks, KPI reporting, and automation across multiple workstreams. You will own dashboards, data quality, and AI-driven improvements to reduce manual effort while collaborating with IT and other departments.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI skills, with a focus on scalable operations and data-driven decision making in a renewable energy context.

Qualificações

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• Strong analytical ability and technical aptitude.
• Experience with data tools, automation, or operational systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute mid-level operational tasks across all Scalable Operations workstreams.
• Manage end-to-end Scalable Operations processes and KPI data reporting cycles.
• Coordinate multi-department inputs and maintain momentum on deliverables.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel.
• Build automations and AI agents to reduce manual work across processes.
• Collaborate with IT on system integrations and data connections.
