Nadara is seeking a Scalable Operations Analyst to coordinate growth initiatives and optimize operational performance. You will manage end-to-end processes, build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, and develop automation using Python, VBA, and other tools.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong data analysis skills, and a track record of delivering scalable processes. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to innovate with AI-driven solutions.

Job Description Summary

The Scalable Operations Division ensures Operations' alignment with Nadara's strategy through: Coordinating communication between Ops and other departments, focusing on growth projects (organic and inorganic) Monitoring progress & strategic alignment of all Ops initiatives (O&M and Digital) Continuously improving the Ops Target Operation Model (TOM) to meet Nadara's strategic objectives and reduce Cost-to-Serve; ensuring the TM's correct adoption and enforcing systems discipline across all assets and centralized functions.

Key Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Independently own and execute a broad range of mid-level operational tasks across all Scalable Operations workstreams, exercising operational judgement and making day-to-day decisions without requiring constant escalation to Leads and Associates;
  • Manage recurring Scalable Operations processes end-to-end: initiative status review cycles, KPI data collection and reporting cycles, Lessons Learned submission processing, and TOM-adoption monitoring updates;
  • Coordinate multi-department inputs on behalf of Scalable Operations, chasing stakeholders, consolidating information, and maintaining momentum on deliverables across concurrent workstreams;
  • Conduct structured datareviews and flag inconsistencies, gaps, or risks to the relevant Lead before they escalated;
  • Support the Leadsand the Head of Scalable Operations in preparing COO-level outputs: consolidating data, structuring analyses, and drafting first versions of briefings and reports;
  • Maintain the centralised initiative dashboard and all Scalable Operations tracking tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date status at all times;
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve Scalable Operations' dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), serving as the team's primary technical owner for these assets;
  • Develop and maintain automations and AI agents to reduce manual effort across Scalable Operations processes (Excel/VBA, Python scripts, Power Automate, and more), proactively identifying new opportunities to simplify repetitive work;
  • Work with IT&Digital and NAIT to build more complex agents and automations for Operations, advising on operational requirements while understanding the underlying technical requirements;
  • May act as the team's point of contact for key operational platforms (Maximo, Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint), coordinating with IT on system integrations, data connections, and platform improvements;
  • Own Scalable Operations' data quality standards: enforce, and monitor consistency across all initiative tracking, KPI, and performance management tools;
  • Maintain the Scalable Operations automation and AI backlog: a live register of candidate use cases with estimated manual effort removed, feasibility, data dependencies, owner, and status;
  • Validate AI outputs before they are relied upon, using defined test cases and spot-check protocols, and design the human review points that remain in the process;
  • Assist in quantification and reporting of the effort removed by automations and AI deployment, feeding realized benefits into Scalable Operations' cost-to-serve tracking.

Technical Competences

Data, tooling and process automation

  • Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros) - required;
  • Basic coding skills: SQL for data queries;
  • Python or VBA forautomations - required;
  • Proficiency in Power BIor equivalent data visualisation tool - required;
  • Working knowledgeof operational systems: Maximo, Dynamics 365, SharePoint - preferred;
  • Able to independently structure and conduct data analyses, and translate results into clear outputs for senior audiences;
  • Strong process orientation: ability to document, standardise, and continuously improve repeatable processes;
  • Comfortable making pragmatic decisions with partial or ambiguous information;
  • Fast learner;
  • Ableto independently navigate unfamiliar systems, tools, and topics.
Artificial intelligence and agentic automation
  • Prompt engineering: able to write and iterate structured prompts, including system instructions, worked examples, and constrained output formats (for example JSON) that downstream tools can consume - required;
  • Understanding of agentic patterns: tool and function calling, connecting an agent to documents, databases, and business systems, chaining multi-step tasks, and judging when a deterministic script or fixed workflow is better than an agent - preferred;
  • Retrieval-based approaches (RAG): preparing and structuring document sets, indexing, and testing retrieval quality for question-answering over Operations documentation - preferred.

And Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field - degree subject is less important than demonstrated analytical ability and technical aptitude;
  • Preferred: prior experience in an operational, analytical, or project coordination role in the energy or industrial sector;
  • Preferred: demonstrated experience with data tools, process automation, or operational system administration;
  • Preferred: a demonstrable portfolio of automations, agents, or internal tools built in a professional or personal capacity;
  • practical evidence of what has been built and used will carry more weight than certification.
Travel Requirements

Limited travel may be required for coordination purposes or stakeholder workshops across Nadara's operational geographies.

Salary range: 30K-40K + variable bonus and benefits The compensation range indicated in the job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with EU pay transparency.
