Nadara is seeking a Scalable Operations Lead - Ops Transformation to drive the TOM design, oversee initiatives across M&A, Organic Growth, and Ops Initiatives, and lead automation/AI within Operations. You will coordinate with Heads of Departments to deliver COO-ready outputs and ensure cross-functional alignment across the portfolio.

The role demands strong experience in process improvement, KPI frameworks, and digital literacy with Excel/Power BI, plus exposure to M&A and the energy/renewables

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in operations management, operational excellence, programme management, or strategy consulting.
• Advanced Excel and data literacy; familiarity with Power BI or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and continuously improve Operations-wide TOM (Target Operating Model) processes and ensure adoption across all Ops departments.
• Lead the Ops Initiatives process from idea submission through prioritization, planning, implementation monitoring, and governance.
• Own the Operations automation and AI agenda within the TOM and quantify impact across initiatives.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to measure TOM adoption and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments and Ops Teams on process improvement and TOM implementation.
