Nadara in Lisbon is offering a 12-month HSE Intern position reporting to the HSQE Manager. You will gain hands-on experience in environmental management and safety compliance across Nadara's sites.

You will draft policies, maintain ISO 14001 procedures, train teams, and support audits. English proficiency is required. Internship allowance is €1200 net per month plus €7.63 daily meal vouchers; location is Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and collaboration skills expected.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 environment desirable.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience with HSQE trainings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in drafting and implementing HSE policies, procedures, objectives, and KPIs.
• Maintain and improve environmental procedures, ensuring ISO 14001 compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors on HSE requirements.
• Support the design and delivery of HSE training programs and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor contractor activities for HSE compliance.
• Manage digital tools for audits, inspections, incident reporting, and HSE data analysis.
• Participate in internal and external audits of HSEQ systems.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and support emergency planning and drills.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective actions for environmental impact.

Job Description Summary

Reporting to the HSQE Manager, the HSE Intern supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) systems across Nadara's operational sites. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in environmental management, sustainability initiatives, and safety compliance, while contributing to the company's operational excellence.

Job Description

• Assist in drafting and implementing HSE policies, procedures, objectives, and KPIs.
• Maintain and improve environmental procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to align HSE requirements.
• Support the design and delivery of HSE training programs and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure legal and company-specific HSE compliance.
• Help manage digital tools for audits, inspections, incident reporting, and HSE data analysis.
• Participate in internal and external audits of HSEQ systems.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and support emergency planning and drills.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective action plans, especially for assets environmental impact.
